Deep Impressions Underwater Art
This abstract painting on canvas was inspired by many years diving and encounters with a great variety of marine life. The final effect is more of a suggestion of sea life.
Kim – ‘The process of creating this image is extraordinary for me as the creatures reveal themselves in the making. I had an idea of the painting I wanted to create, however as the layers are added shapes appear amongst the texture and become an obvious marine animal. I go with the flow and two whales appeared in the blue’.
